Did anyone miss me?
I know, my previous post nearly made the headlines
Don’t think I’m just a complain queen. I just wanted justice for my friend and I
I’m glad they responded fast to my woes and am very satisfied with how they handle it. I won’t go into details. But still, thumbs up for Donut Factory for their professionalism!
You know, GOOD things don’t happen to me but BAD things kept coming after me
What’s wrong? I had food poisoning TWICE within a month. Jesus! I can’t even have a proper meal during work and that really sucks. Imagine you have to gobble down the food as fast as you can before starting work again. I hate it
Uncle Doctor told me that it could be the cause of the irregular hours I have my meals *SOB*
Working at a call centre can be pretty frustrated as some customers are so bitchy and irritating. You know, especially those who have such a huge ego and insisted that they are right all the time. And those who don’t even bother to even say a THANK YOU and hung up the call after getting the numbers. Like come on, where’s the basic courtesy?
Didn’t your Mom and Dad teach you that?
- To all parents, discipline your children and forbid them from making prank calls. FYI, each call costs 75cts.
- If you have poor pronunciation, only know how to mumble, or speak like a machine gun; don’t expect us to understand your language as well.
- If you don’t have the name of the company, don’t call us. Do you expect us to search for empty names?
- If you don’t have the patience to even wait for 3 seconds, then don’t call us. Try searching for the number yourself. Do you think that we are able to memorize thousands of listings and know them by heart?
- If you have nothing better to do and just wanted to annoy someone, don’t call us. We are not your punching bags.
- Don’t tell us “You should be the one to go and find out the spelling of the word.” Come on, we are not walking dictionaries.
- Stop telling us, “Your system is really lousy. I can get them from SingTel and YellowPages, why can’t you?” If that’s the case, then call them. Duh!
These are some of the everyday incidents I happen to encounter. I know, complaints and complaints. No point getting angry, but I feel better when I blogged it out
“What comes around goes around. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and don’t do unto others what you wouldn’t want done to you.” People just don’t seemed to learn. Anyways…
Wheee, my Visual Communications cert

Even though it’s not a diploma, but I’m still pretty happy with it
I believe I could have gotten an A for my Computer Studies if not for my blunder which I made for my final project. I did two brochures instead of one!
So many things to blog about but too little time for me. Hence, I shall start with…

The luxurious Secret Garden situated just behind NAFA!
It’s such a pretty sight dining there, concept is similar to Oosh, Villa Bali & Graze
A very good place for lovey dovey couples to have a romantic date there
But too bad, I didn’t go with a guy this time round

We had Cranberry and Secret Kiwi & Passion Fruit to quench our thirsts

Serene’s Spaghetti Crayfish with Tomato Sauce. She was gobbling the food and kept praising it was soooo good…

…that once she’s done with it, I realized that the plate nearly don’t require any washing

My medium-well Rib-Eye steak. It was perfectly cooked to my expectation

However, there are leftovers

Cos I hated capsicums (except for the green ones
)
Up next, our favorite
Triple Chocolate with Vanilla Ice-cream
Can you imagine that the scoop of ice-cream costs a hefty 5 bucks?!

But don’t care lah, cos I can’t wait to eat it up!

She, who can’t wait to camwhore with the dessert

Tasted so delicious that we nearly licked ‘em up! Heh heh

Last but not least…

My article on the August 2007 issue of Female
Many thanks to Su-Lin for the interview.
P/S: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix sucks! That Cho Chang girl is so ugly! Really disappoints me
P/P/S: Finally, a good rest for me and watch the videos of my darling Rain
Thanks Karen for the DVDs!
P/P/P/S: Mum borrowed my dramas to watch and I conclude that she’s an Emo Queen
Talk about having the genes.

When’s our trip to Essential brew? I happened to drop by Holland V last week to look around and passed by Essential Brew. Hah, can’t wait to go with you lah!
And oh, you’ve got an interview with Female! I also want to get featured there…Haha~
*Prays hard*
Hoho.. so you are now working in call centre. I used to work in SingTel Mobile 1626 before. Although the pay is quite good, the working process can be frustrating. There is once a male customer called in and requested for me to get online. The worst part is that he claims that he is my boyfriend. Faintz… BTW, I am straight, even straighter than a ruler. Don’t know why that idiot behaves that way. Haha…
Oh ya. you look great in the female magazine! Stay cute and pretty!
Hola, didnt know you were so famous eh. I dont think i need that much OT after needing more time outside now?
But i’ll still work whenever i’m free. Hah.
I’m commited to the job, but thats not number 1 in my list. Thanks anyway.
Cheers.
