Little Lady with Big Dreams Monday, 13 August 07

Many of the Starhubbers have left the company, really sad :( Which means, more OT for me :s I will miss the laughter and crapping a lot. Why do good things ended so fast man :disbelief: Hai hai hai… Furthermore, it’s the season for traveling right now. Paris, Rome, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Bintan, cruising, yachting, argh! When will it be my turn?! *dream* Really miss the days where I would travel with my family almost every year omg I’m over 21, thus no more free air tickets for me :doh:

Oh gosh, I feel old all of a sudden. With heavier responsibilities, lots of tasks on hand and things to ponder over *argh* Dad is retiring soon, Mum ain’t working any longer and Brother is going for NS this September. Geez! :sigh:

A brief round up for the things I’ve encountered/accomplished recently…

  • Food poisoning twice for the month of July. Ouch!
  • Went to S.H.E’s concert with Serene, the hardcore fan =) The queue, is the longest one I have ever seen. Even longer than the Hello Kitty craze. Our next concert – ?? ?? ?! Wa Hoo! :D
  • Applied for the Citi Clear Card. Have to wait for 3 weeks :yawn:
  • Gonna apply the NTUC-OCBC VISA Card too! :o
  • Watched Rush Hour 3. Chris Tucker is freaking hilarious! Prefer him to Eddie Murphy. A highly recommended movie :)
  • Read Harry Potter all over again. Ken, lend me the rest leh! hee
  • Learnt the art of the Korean language. Thanks Karen Mummy! :p
  • Jung Ji Hoon’s photo book all the way from the U.S! Thanks Jazzy & Karen Mummy! :lol:
  • Another blunder made by Donut Factory. Don’t wish to elaborate any further. Yah, I’m hard to pleased. Sorry! :blank:
  • Packed and furnished my room. Cosy! woot But still short of some curtains, huggables, air conditioner and a TV! omg
  • Got a call from the same nasty customer for 2 consecutive days. He actually had the nerve to scold me that big F word more than 5 times for something which I didn’t do. It was the first in my whole lifetime that someone said that to me. Doh! What a jerk, screw loose in his head wth
  • Jasmine postponed the interview twice due to her hectic schedule :( Was gonna join her company and assist her shocked You know, big opportunities to excel in logistics, meetings with potential clients and chances to travel around the world! huh I must get this job! :p Wish to be as successful as her one day =)
  • My beloved hairdresser, Eve, introduced a hair color which turns out to be near black. Gee! I hope it will fade off to a shade of brown soon! :doh: Otherwise, I might go for highlighting again!
  • I turned into a celebrity overnight for no apparent reason. Or rather, since the day I joined Starhub. I don’t like people discussing about my personal matters. So please, stop all the broadcasting and discussion. TYVM :)
  • Most importantly, I got my paycheck! :blush:

Despite being unlucky, I’m blessed with my friends who drop messages to encourage me and made me smile =) You guys know who you are! :no: Thank you! Must meet out for coffee soon hehe! *hugs* Lots of dates, but no time. Sorry dears! Will arrange soon yar? :blush: Also…

Thank you for making the effort to buy my favorite mango pudding from Geylang and send it to my workplace in the middle of the night =) *slurp* You know who you are :)

Tada! The video we took during dinner @ Cafe Cartel on 21 July 2007. Watching it makes me wanna laugh :wiggle: Rui Long’s cute! Feel like pinching his cheeks :D

    I feel for you, customers ain’t always right – even though I hate to say this. More often, they explode in the face of anyone by convenience. I’m not a fan of Starhub, with a bout of problems with customer service, but I think Starhub is losing more customers than staffs.

    people quene for hours, spend money & they ought to respect the customer.
