… from me! I’m finally freed from that shitty company
I’m glad I walked out of the dump and wash my hands off all the dirty stuff. Initially, they refused to release me early and started telling me all about their hidden policies. I had applied for offsetting of my annual leave at least a month ago and my manager had actually approved it. But the HR refused to let me off as she said that decisions are made by the HR department and during our transition period, we are not allowed to apply for leave. I was extremely angry and told her off by telling her that these points were not even reflected in the contract in BLACK and WHITE and that she is going against the rules of MOM.
After which, she called up her HQ and told me that they had allowed me to leave early as they would review base on case to case basis. A whole load of bullshit. If I hadn’t mention about the contract and showing it right in her face, I doubt she would do so. She then started to push all the blame to my manager and said that it was all his fault. If the coordination between each department is well organized, I don’t think such problems would surface.
- Lots of lies and contradicting issues from the management. Contradictory standard.
- The training course provided doesn’t help much at all. They should unblock all the unnecessary stuff and give us back our Windows Live Messenger in the training room!
- Training instructor is from XX country and she speaks broken English. Maybe she should consider changing her profession into a kindergarten teacher instead. Right~ (her favorite pet phrase which is damn irritating)
- XX products are refurbished ones that have been sent to XX country to repair before they send it back to XX location to pass on to other customers. It’s like wearing other people’s used undies. Woah, now you know?
- Shipments have been delayed not once, not twice, but countless times. There will always be a time frame and date given no matter how long the shipment is being delayed. I knew that cos I’ve been in the freight forwarding industry before.
- Escalated cases are re-escalated back to the juniors to handle. So what’s the point for escalating in the first place? Aren’t we back to square one? Duh!
- They should consider implementing the position called “Zo Bo Executive” who sits on the chair the whole day, shaking their legs while reading their emails, watching videos and happily earning an attractive remuneration every month without almost doing anything. If anyone has such a job available, please let me know asap. I am very interested!
- Pays are being deducted in advance for applying unpaid leaves before they are being consumed. What the?!
- Team leader don’t even bother lifting a finger to help us. She can go back home and sleep lah.
- Customers are wayyyy too demanding. FREE repairs, FREE gifts, FREE upgrade, everything also want to be FREE. They thought they could get away with all these by complaining. Sigh.
- Funny thing is, they even wanted us to change the policies with immediate effect. If I could, I will not be sitting in the office hearing you guys complain everyday. Use your brains and think lah.
- Biased, biased, biased. ‘Nuff said.
Shall stop here. There are simply too many things to be listed out.
