Love is in the Air Wed, 20 February 08

For me, everyday is Valentine’s Day. As I believe in the mutual faith and togetherness
But still, 14 February is not a day to be missed and forgotten
This sets me thinking, will it still be the same 10, 20 or even 50 years down the road? How many of you would really stay through thick and thin with your other half? Even if he/she had been unfaithful to you? The answer is uncertain.
Action speaks louder than words. You might be getting all confident right now and that you would definitely forgive them for their infidelity. BUT would you really do so when the fact and truth is slapped hard right in your face?
I don’t know my own answer either
People say, things will be different the moment you get married. Romantic moments, surprises, sweet nothings?! Will there even be any after the vow of marriage? I’ve heard lots of negative comments from the friends around me and it gives me the shiver whenever I think about it. I don’t want that to happen to me! I want to be extremely blissful and be a loving couple even when I turn 60. Being together is not just for the sake of spending time, but to love, trust, forgive, forget and treasure those efforts that are put in to maintain the relationship.
Initially, we wanted to meet up at Vivo and give each other a grace period of 1 hour to buy the gift. But something cropped up and we had to forgo our plan
