Update: SingPost has agreed on the compensation for the replacement document. At least that’s solved. Now, I need to find ways to get the document personally :doh:
Do big companies tend to screw up more?

Here, it clearly states “DO NOT BEND” in BOLD, RED and HUGE font. TWICE somemore!

But the document came in bent, torn and tattered.
I’m extremely upset right now :argh: I have to email my lecturer to request for another copy. I may have to pay for it. I may have to go down personally to receive it in case it got bent again. It’s a total waste of my time wth
Unless the postman is color blind, illiterate or totally blind. Otherwise, this is totally unforgivable

Calm down. Got to http://singpost.com.sg/feedback.asp and log a complain. They should pay for the damages.
Well I have seen a lot of occasions whereby the mailboy does not have a single bite of professionalism while performing his duties. It just so happens you got unlucky.

Tsk Tsk…. Good that you complain. Do tell us of their reply if any. Not that they can make up for your precious time lost though.
Bear in mind, it may not be the postman who bend it since it exchanges hands and even departments several times before it reaches you.
Since they will be doing the investigation, I’ll let them decide on who’s right who’s wrong
