I Can Has The iPhone Wed, 30 December 09

I’m done procrastinating, I finally got the iPhone! :doraemon5:

I think it came just in time when my contract with SingTel was up in November. I’ve been considering to switch telco since I get to enjoy corporate rate with StarHub. :)

I reserved the set immediately when StarHub first announced that they are accepting pre-orders. I made an appointment with them on 19 Dec and collected it at iHub. The CSO promised me that it will take 3 – 5 working days to process my application. My application form was only submitted on the 26 Dec. You do the math. I shall not elaborate on the dramatic situation I was in over the past few days. :blah:

It was hard to decide between the black and the white one. The black is sleek yet stylish and the white is clean yet chic-looking. After getting assurance from my colleague who insisted that the white one will not turn yellowish, I got the white one! I think it suits me better. :emotions7:

Bought a casing to protect the back of the iPhone. I will be buying crystals to bling it though. :love4:

These are some of the apps which I have downloaded. Totally loving them! :heart14:

K Suites @ Iluma Sat, 19 December 09

Jacelyn • Filed under: Fun, Leisure 1:20 amComments(0)

This is a long overdue post. I found out that Kbox @ Jurong Safra has the same concept at a fraction of the price. The only difference is that they don’t provide free internet service, bedroom slippers and comforter. Also, their beverage selection is far better than K Suites.

Those who read my blog frequently should know that I hate Kbox due to the terrible service I’ve experienced before. However, K Suites is a total new concept and I was quite eager to try it out.

K Suites is tucked away in a corner at Level 3 of Illuma. The charges are at $12/hour/pax with a minimum spending of $10/pax for beverages. Not very affordable, but the service is worth commending though. Even much better than Kbox. Is that why they are charging at a higher rate?

[Review] La Roche-Posay Review Toleriane Fluide Soothing Protective Non-Oily Emulsion Thu, 17 December 09

The next step of the regime is Moisturizing. An extremely important step which you should always look out for. If any of the moisturizer is too rich for your skin, you are likely to have tiny breakouts all over your face.

I have experienced severe breakouts before. Hence, I am pretty cautious when choosing the right moisturizer for myself. In my case, I would prefer using fluid or gel based moisturizer as they are easier to be absorbed and doesn’t feel too rich or oily on my skin.

The Toleriane Fluide Soothing Protective Non-Oily Emulsion is in fluid form and comes with a pump dispenser. Very convenient indeed!

It is a lightweight moisturizer that penetrates very quickly into the skin. There’s no fragrance or preservatives added into this product. Absolutely recommended for people with sensitive skin and even eczema.

I absolutely love how this product reduces the redness on my face, especially my cheek area. It soothes the skin, hydrates and doesn’t clog up my pores.

The Toleriane Fluide Soothing Protective Non-Oily Emulsion (40ml) is retailing at S$35.90 at all major Guardian, Watsons and Unity retail pharmacies.

Now, for the giveaway! 10 Toleriane trial kits worth $15.90 are up for grabs!

Answer this question correctly and you’ll have a chance to win them! The answer can be found at La Roche-Posay’s blog.

What are the 6 steps of the skincare regime?
