I have been searching for a notebook since the one I had died on me last year. It has been with me for 6 years. Imagine my joy when I first found out about the Sony VAIO P, I was elated! :hehe:

Not long ago, I was being invited to Sony’s VAIO P media event which was held at The Salon @ National Museum
Thanks to Calvin and Deborah from Hill & Knowlton and Sony for the invite. It was indeed a blast =)

The event kick start with four models showcasing the pocket PC in four colors – Garnet Red, Olivine Green, Obsidian Black and Crystal White. Garnet Red, of course would be my favourite :bubbles:

The surface of this pocket PC was shimmering in the lightings and I couldn’t get my eyes off this beauty for the entire day! =) Weighing a mere 564g and roughly as thin as a mobile phone, the new VAIO pocket style PC is an 8-inch full-featured notebook PC which is the size of a business envelope. Though smaller and slimmer in size, it’s definitely not inferior compared to other mini laptops in the current market

We tested this gem by placing it into a pocket and it fits! :erm:

The keypad is pretty comfortable to use, great for people with long nails! :D One thing I don’t like about the notebook is the trackpoint. Isn’t it better to use a touchpad instead? *shrugs*

Matching accessories for the Sony VAIO P =)
The new VAIO P series will be available in Singapore from mid Feb 2009. Prices starts from S$1,299. It may be a little steep than the rest of the mini notebooks but its certainly making me lust after one :wiggle:
It would be great if I can get one to review it. HEE HEE :p

For a second there I thought you liked the Crystal White like me, then i realised you said Garnet Red. Oh well, I guess that’s pretty nice too…
Whose butt is that btw? ;x
