Anna Sui Super Black Mascara Launch Thursday, 23 April 09

The Anna Sui Mascara Launch Tea Party was a total flop! :argh:

Flop 1: Registration was exclusively for cotters only. However, the two ladies from Anna Sui who were handling the registration were struggling with it. Horrible coordination wtf Passersby were trying to get their way in and faking their names, claiming that they had registered via the website when their names were not found on the list. Not fair for the rest who had registered, isn’t it?
Flop 2: The counter at BHG Bugis was jam packed and I was struggling to get myself a space to try out their products but it seems like everyone was pushing one another to move around. The sales assistants were shorthanded and were not that willing to serve us at all. They had this irritated look on their face all the time wth
Why didn’t they hold this launch as a closed event instead? Isn’t it better?

See! Horrible crowd! :disbelief:

Flop 3: This was the highlight of the day, the Super Black Mascara range. But alas. It was tucked in a corner without anybody noticing. And a guy was standing there looking like a dimwit and totally clueless. So what’s the purpose of the launch, I wonder?
No introduction of the launch, NOTHING at all. This seriously defeats the purpose of the whole event. It makes me wonder if they are only interested in their sales target :argh:

To prove that we were there hahaha :D

Though the experience was really bad for me, the only consolation was the goodie bag! From L to R: Anna Sui’s Live Your Dream fragrance, Protective Powder Foundation, Super Black Long Lash Mascara, Protective Fluid Foundation, Control Color Primer UV :erm: I love all of them! woot
But I doubt I will attend any Anna Sui launch unless it’s a private one

Wow, looks like a case of major fail! I think the scenes which you have shot (except the one with two of you..hehe) don’t look very aesthetically pleasing at all. This is what happens when brands fail to look into providing a holistic customer experience that is memorable and delightful.
Yeah. In fact, the customer service in Singapore is getting from bad to worse IMO.
