Freeloaders come in all sorts. They are self-centered and refused to admit that they are. I had my fair share of experience with some of them.
- They love to live off other people’s lives and don’t pay for anything and never pay you back.
- They refused to contribute and whenever you ask them to, they would tell you that they are broke. They would rather spend on cigarettes and beer.
- Better still, they totally ignore you and act blur when you talk to them about it.
- They kept giving the excuse that they have tons of loans and bills to pay for. Who doesn’t?
- They would ask you to pay for their meals or other stuff, out of the blue.
- They are lazy and take advantage of your kindness and generosity and refused to admit that they ARE lazy.
- They will jump at any chance to leech you off. Yes, ANY CHANCE.
- They expect you to return the favor IF they had helped you.
- They will get irritated and complain that you are stingy if you forced them to pay.
Do all these sound familiar to anyone of you? :wink1:
Has anyone met with a freeloader before? How do you deal with them? Share your story with me! :smileyhappy3:

Every summer, Ettusais launches limited edition nail colors! Vacances Nail for 2010 goes by the theme of Jelly Beans. :marie10:

Imagine my excitement when I received the DIY kit from Ettusais! :kitty14:

TADAAAAAAAAH! :love3: Filled with tons of nail goodies!

This summer, there are
15 shades in vibrant and cheery-looking colors! :wink1: To make it even more unique, shades F1-F9 have
scents after they have dried! Amazing! :shocked1:
Here’s a step by step guide to beautiful-looking nails! :love4:

First, file and shape your nails. For me, I prefer having square nails. :tongue2:

Apply the base coat. I chose F5 bubblegum and it smells like peach! :minnie17:

L-R: 11 Lemon, 12 Blueberry Sugar, F3 Cotton Candy
Design your own nails by applying the other colors. Shades 10-15 have shimmers and I would usually use these to do gradient on my nails which gives a very soft and sparkly effect! :cloud9:

You can even create designs like these with Vacances Nails! :love4:
Check it out on www.ettusais.sg

Highlight of the range –
Gel Top Coat. It creates a layer of gel at the top of your nails, like salon done gel nails! Just apply a thick layer and leave it to dry. You’d be amazed by the effect!
It dries almost instantly and creates a very very glossy layer. Right now, doing my nails is as easy as ABC!

See what I mean? I can have lovely nails! :lovebear1:
Comes in mini sizes, Vacances Nails is priced at $4 per bottle and Gel Top Coat is at $22 per bottle. They are already available at all Ettusais counters.

The plan for this trip came when I won two nights stay via Wotif’s Christmas promo. Boss has been telling me that he die die also wanna go Hong Kong and I had to push back my plans for Taiwan. But since he’s paying for the air tickets, why not? :smileyhappy3:
Unfortunately, this mafan guy gave me more problems. He’s unable to take more than 3 days of leave and have to travel on Vesak Day. I have no choice but to book Tiger Airways, which is damn shitty. Major sian.

One of the worst airlines ever, I called their customer service hotline on that very morning to ensure that our flight doesn’t delay. Guess what happened? The flight details printed on the booking confirmation was
WRONG!
The correct flight should be TR2964/TR2965 and not TR2924/TR2925. I explained to the lady over the phone that it’s being printed as TR2924 on my paper. She told me that it’s impossible. I asked her if she’s telling me that either I am BLIND or I can’t read numbers. She still insisted that it’s impossible and all along, the flight is TR2964/TR2965. :blank:
Nevermind, I gave up arguing with this bitch. :disgust: No wonder they have a “fan page” dedicated to them. :blah:
Just when you thought that my problems with Tiger Airways ended here, you are wrong. When I was about to unpack, I realized that someone had changed/reset the security pin on my luggage! I had no idea who did such an unscrupulous act but I presume that someone must have tried to pry open my luggage.
Wanna go on Tiger Airways? Think twice. :blank:
Hokay, enough about ranting.

We had lunch at T2 and boss happily hogged my iPhone. :blah:

Camwhore while waiting for our flight at Budget Terminal. They used to have tons of cockroaches roaming around the terminal, thank god they ain’t there anymore.

Cheapo looking terminal. :blah:

Took a second look at our flight details.

And then, we boarded the plane.

Super uncomfy seats. I had backache after I alighted from the plane. :sad3:

Don’t know which woman left her period stains here. Ewww! :shocked2:

We managed to survive in the shitty plane and arrived in Hong Kong! :happy2:

Took a cab to our hotel which cost us SGD50+. :blah:

Our hotel! :dance2:

Architects designed this hotel with an optical illusion. Amazing isn’t it? :wink1: We then proceeded to our room, feeling all excited. :dance1:

Plushy bed! Mad happy! :love3:

Dining area.

Mini kitchen.

Awesome plasma.

Full length mirror. Great for vain people like me!

Day bed. Shiok! :love1:

Got microwave oven somemore!

The most important item – BATHTUB! :lovebear1:

Spanking clean bathroom! :minnie9:

Splendid view just across our room.

After unpacking, we headed out in search of food and I spotted this cute-looking dog. Nearly kidnapped it back to Singapore.

They even brought their dogs to 7-11! :shocked1:

We found this cha chan teng nearby and settled for dinner. :eat:

Wanton noodle shop.

The wontons were extremely succulent! HEE HEE! :tongue2:

We strolled around the area and headed back to snuggle in bed and soak ourselves in the bathtub.
SHIOK!
Stay tuned for Day 2! :love4:
