This is what happens when AVA only issue out a warning to animal abusers.
Woman whacks and whacks dog with feather duster, even as it shrieks in pain
I happened to see this on SPCA’s Facebook page and got the shock of my life. Click on the link above if you wanna see the video. Not for the faint-hearted. I think this is even worse than Butters’ case which happened last month.
In the video, the woman can be seen hitting the dog repeatedly with a shoe. I can see from her actions that she is using her entire force to hit the dog.
TMD!!! 
This bitch should be jailed for the rest of her life and humiliated in public! 
Like seriously what the fark? Are the authorities even doing anything?!
