It may be termed as a lotion in Japanese, but in fact it is actually a toner in western skincare terms. Slightly different from the normal toners, the texture is slightly thicker but still runny and lightweight.
For maximum absorption, simply drop 2-3 drops of lotion on your palm and gently pat on your skin until fully absorbed. DO NOT use any cotton pads.
