I was invited to check out St. Games, a cafe located at Novena Square 2 for console gaming – Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.

They have affordable packages…

…and special prices catered for students.

The decor of the cafe is really cosy and it gives us a very warm and welcoming feeling. They have around 5 to 6 such private areas in the cafe. A very good way of interaction with your buddies!

What is gaming without a huge LCD TV?

We had a hands-on session on Guitar Hero. I guess I am out of touch with music cos I can’t seemed to sync my fingers with the guitar. I kept fumbling around with it! Thank God the staff were there to guide us along patiently. Furthermore, the songs are constantly updated every now and then. Be sure to check it out the next time you drop by there!

All of us were having so much fun! I brought boss, my brother and his friend along.

What’s next?

We were trying out this interactive game named Rayman Rabbids. It’s a cute game which make us look pretty much like fools. All of us were screaming and laughing like 3 year old kids. Hahhaa…

And also Wii Sports!

Whatever games you need, they have it.

Starting from $10/person, you get to enjoy 2 hours of playing time, 1 free drink of your choice and 1 mini-pie or cup-cake. Isn’t it affordable? Furthermore, they even provide birthday packages, membership privileges, corporate events, etc. Do look out for their current promotions as well!

Went to TGX during the event, guess who I spotted upon stepping in?

I found this very interesting game called DDJ, solely creating using C++. The designers only used 3 days to come up with this game Amazing! To think I failed my Java *oops*

Games Frenzy

I am not dead. I didn’t have the chance to go online recently. So many issues had happened that I don’t even have the time to breathe. I love my new job, it’s pretty flexible and is something I am looking for my future career At least it can train me up to be more outspoken, approachable and all the way into leadership :p The actual working hours is only 26 hrs/week and it gives you a reasonable income. But it can be really tiring at times as it requires me to work at night and walk a lot :doh: My colleagues are a bunch of really hyper peeps. And I’ve been hearing lots of comments about me. What’s so interesting about a 23 year old lao zhar bo? Well…

But I digress.

I’ve been throwing tantrums lately and the significant other had to subject to my nasty temper. I blame no one but myself for that :( Constant reminders to myself:-

Not to take him for granted and treasure him.
Appreciate the things he had done for me.
Understand his situation and put myself in his shoes.

I need to learn to be more understanding :doh:

I digress, again!

The other day, the brother-in-law came over and told us that there’s a PS3 for sale and this famous guy also offered to sell me his Rose Pink PSP. Both are up for grabs at almost cut-throat prices! Great timing when I am utterly broke omg I could only choose ONE of them :x It’s such a tough decision.

Yes, I got myself an ass-kicking PS3 console with the help of Mr. Ong too :kiss: It’s such a long time since I get myself addicted to gaming again. But guess what? I am selling off the PS3 and am considering to get a Nintendo Wii instead. Can exercise and 减肥 ma :p Blame myself for being fickle-minded heh! :disbelief:

Random recommendation…

Can you imagine? Flavoured straws?! I hate the taste of pure milk as I would puke once I drink them, but not anymore. They have been in the market for quite some time but I think it only hit Singapore just recently? Inventions nowadays :wiggle:
