All along, my online shopping experience has been really enjoyable. I receive my items on time and the sellers will update me promptly whenever I join any sprees.
But this time has got to be the worst I have ever encountered. So much so that I had to rant on my blog.
Read on to find out why.
I was obsessed with the hair accessories that Kim Tae Hae had worn in the Korean drama – My Princess. I went around looking for sprees and finally found one here. I was overjoyed.

7 March – I ordered two items from her and made payment on the same day.

8 March – She verified my payment and claimed that the items will reach me in two weeks’ time. That’s around 22 March.

5 April – More than 2 weeks already and I didn’t receive any updates from her. Email her to check on the status.

5 April – It turns out that she’s away. Fine, I shall wait till she comes back.

8 April – She told me that the items have already reached Singapore and will send me another email for postage and pickup details. And so, I waited.

15 April – Still NO emails from her yet. I dropped her an email and she claimed that she had already email me.

15 April – I’m not even one of the recipients in the email loop. Didn’t she check properly?

16 May – I only managed to top up the postage on 20 April and sent her a confirmation email and gave her my address. Almost a month later, I still haven’t got my items from her and she has been ignoring my emails all this while. No acknowledgement, no confirmation, no updates.

16 May – Again, she claimed that she had email me and told me that the package had already been mailed out on 28 April. All along, I have never ever experienced any lost mails. Not even once for the past 6 years. I’m doubting her honesty but surprisingly, she offered to send me another set without even checking with SingPost about the lost mail. Very suspicious.

24 May – One week has passed, still no updates. And finally, I received the items on 16 June but…
Can you imagine how pissed I was? Her updates are slow, always claimed that she had email me but didn’t and then now this?! Waited more than 3 months for 2 hairbands and this is the shit I get.

16 June – Informed her that she had sent the wrong colors. No reply for two days until I gave her a final reminder.

18 June – Her response? Checking with her dad what exactly happened. To put it simply – “I’m not based in Singapore and my dad packed those stuff, so I have no fucking idea and had nothing to do with it. Period.”
Hey bitch. Even if you are checking with your dad, can you at least drop me an email to let me know? Don’t give me any bullshit that you are busy travelling or whatever nonsense. Yeah right, you have so much time to update your website but no time to reply me? Oh screw you fucking liar.
My last email to her was on Tuesday. No response from her yet.




*YAWN* :yawn: There’s this female dog who barked and growled at me madly early this morning. Reason becos her little puppy had forgotten to do what she was supposed to. That is, to provide me with any info she have on hand and which in turn, I will consolidate these info and circulate among my colleagues.
