Maracons are one of my favorite desserts due to its colorful and diverse range of flavors that you can find out there in the market. They are so cute where you could just pop one in your mouth. It’s really tough to bake the perfect macarons and so, it has also been my goal to try and bake them. One day, just one day. smile
I’ve long heard about Adriano Zumbo’s macarons in Australia and paid a visit to their outlet at Emporium Melbourne to check them out.
The Zumbarons are worth every cent! Apple Pie, Salted Butter Caramel on Toast, Pistachio, all sounds too yummy! smile The macarons are definitely better than Laduree’s, some are crunchy, chewy and light while others are buttery, salty and crispy.
I need to try Pierre Hermes next, which I regretted not buying from Hong Kong due to certain comments made by others. sad Next time perhaps!
