Mystery Makan: Yi by Jereme Leung

Here’s another episode of Mystery Makan, hosted by Nadia this time at Yi by Jereme Leung. The classy Chinese restaurant is at Raffles Hotel, which is extremely befitting to be located there. We felt like VIPs when we were given a private room, which is suitable for us as we tend to get pretty loud lol bigsmile

As we wanted to try out their food variety, we decided to go for their $88/pax set lunch menu, which I think it’s totally worth it! smile

Okra, Tiger Prawns & Arctic Shellfish with Soy Sauce Vinaigrette

Bean Curd Skin Rolls Stuffed with Lion’s Mane Mushroom

Chilli Crab Xiao Long Bao Dumplings

Siew Mai Dumplings with Sakura Shrimps, Pork & Seafood

Har Kau Shrimp Dumplings with Black Garlic

Sauteed Spicy Chicken with Hunan Natto Beans

Iberico Pork with Golden Garlic & Savoury Sauce

Taiwanese Style Beef Brisket & Tendon Noodles in Soup

Soursop Sorbet with Peach Gum & Lemon Grass Jelly

We also went to their iconic entrance to take some photos. Totally love the setup there! But it was quite distracting as there were constant crowds entering the restaurant. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience. Extremely great choice by bff! smile
